About Us

A technology platform for work that happens in your home

Servixo is a technology platform, not a service company. We do not employ plumbers or run a fleet of vans. We build and operate the system that verifies Service Providers, publishes what each service costs before you commit, holds the slot you booked, and keeps a record of what was agreed — so that hiring someone to work in your home stops depending on who you happen to know.

A platform, not an agency with a bigger phone bill

A traditional service company grows by opening a branch, hiring staff and buying vehicles. Its coverage map is a statement of intent drawn in a boardroom, its prices live in the head of whoever answers the phone, and its quality control is one supervisor's judgement applied unevenly across a roster they cannot all watch.

None of that scales, and more importantly none of it is checkable by the person paying. A platform replaces each of those with something a customer can inspect: published scope, a verification gate that has to clear before anyone is assigned, and a record of every job that outlives the people who did it.

  • Coverage is a query, not a plan. Cities appear on this site because approved Service Providers registered there — remove them and the map shrinks, whatever the strategy deck says.
  • Growth is verification capacity, not real estate. Reaching a new city means approving providers who already live and work in it, not opening premises in it.
  • Every job leaves an audit trail: who was assigned, when they arrived, what was quoted, and what you approved. A traditional job card is a piece of paper in a van.

Our story

Why this exists

Servixo was registered in 2026, which makes this an account of why it exists rather than a history of what it has done.

India does not have a shortage of skilled tradespeople. It has an enormous number of them, many of them excellent. What it has is a matching problem: finding one you have not already met is largely a matter of chance — a number passed round a building group, a card pushed under the door, a name from a neighbour who used them once and cannot really vouch for them. When that lottery goes well the result is fast, cheap and better than any platform will manage. When it goes badly you find out with the bathroom floor already up.

Almost everything that goes wrong from there is a coordination failure rather than a skills failure. Nobody writes the price down before starting. The arrival window is half a day because a dispatcher is guessing. The scope changes and the conversation about money happens at the end, when the work is done and you have no leverage left. And none of it is recorded anywhere, so the next customer begins from exactly the same standing start as the last one.

Those are problems a system can fix and a person cannot fix reliably at scale. That is the whole reason Servixo is built as a platform: not because software is interesting, but because the failures worth fixing here are failures of record-keeping, sequencing and verification — and those are the things software is actually good at.

Our mission

Make hiring someone to work in your home an ordinary, low-risk transaction.

The scope, the price and the person's identity should all be known before the doorbell rings, and there should be a record of all three afterwards. That is a deliberately small mission. It is also the part that is reliably broken today, and fixing it does more for a household than any amount of language about transformation.

Our vision

A country where finding a competent, verified professional does not depend on who you happen to know.

Today Servixo is live in 7 cities, and a household in a city we have not reached yet is still running the same lottery everybody ran before us. Closing that gap is the work. We would rather state it that way than describe coverage we do not have.

Our values

Four things we hold ourselves to

Each of these is written so a customer could catch us breaking it. That is the test a value has to pass to be worth publishing.

  • Nothing is added after the fact

Every service publishes a starting price and the list of what it covers. When a job turns out to be larger than the booking, the revised figure is put in front of you and waits for your approval before the work continues. A price you agreed to and a price you were told about afterwards are different things, and only one of them is acceptable.

  • Coverage is measured, not claimed

A city appears on this site because approved Service Providers registered there and selected it. It is a count, not an ambition — which is why the number on this page moves when the network does rather than when the strategy does, and why each service page lists where that particular service can actually be booked.

  • Verification gates the work

Nobody can accept a booking before their identity, address and trade have been checked and approved. That gate is enforced by the system rather than by somebody remembering, which is the only version of it that holds when the network is larger than one person can keep in their head.

  • The Service Provider is the product

Customers do not experience a platform; they experience whoever rings the doorbell. So providers get scheduling, payment tracking, a clear scope before they travel and a route to support — not a lead fee and good luck. A network you treat as disposable produces a service customers treat the same way.

Our approach

What the technology is actually for

Three systems do most of the work. None of them is impressive on its own — the value is that each one closes a gap that a phone call and a paper job card leave open.

The app

One record, visible from both ends

A booking here is a shared record rather than a phone conversation that two people remember differently. You can see which Service Provider has been assigned, what they look like, and when they set out. They can see the scope and the address before they travel, which is why they arrive with the right spares instead of discovering the job on your doorstep.

The same record is where a change of scope has to go. If the work turns out bigger, the revised quote is entered and sits there until you approve it. That is a deliberately slower path than a conversation in a hallway, and it is slower on purpose: it is the step that stops a bill growing after the fact.

Verification

Approval is a gate, not a formality

Registration is five steps and it ends in review, not in a live listing. Identity and address are taken from original documents. Trade skills are assessed for the specific Service Category being applied for, so an electrician is not approved on a plumber's assessment. Where a certificate is offered, it is checked against the body that issued it.

Until that review clears, the account exists but cannot be assigned work. Enforcing it in the system rather than in a process document is the whole point — a rule that depends on a manager remembering is a rule that stops applying the week things get busy.

The quality loop

Every completed job produces evidence

A finished visit leaves structured data behind: the service-specific checklist, the customer's rating, the time actually spent on site, and whether the scope changed along the way. That is a different thing from a comment box, because it can be compared across thousands of visits rather than read one at a time.

Anything rated below four stars goes to a supervisor. Patterns across a provider's history feed back into which work they are offered. The loop closes because the data used to judge a Service Provider is the same data used to decide who gets the next booking — assessment and assignment are not two separate systems that disagree.

Leadership

The team, when there is one to introduce

Servixo was registered in 2026 and the leadership team is being appointed. These profiles will be filled in here — names, backgrounds and what each person is responsible for — before launch. We are not going to put stock photographs and invented job titles in the gap in the meantime.

  • Leadership position 1: Appointment to be announced

  • Leadership position 2: Appointment to be announced

  • Leadership position 3: Appointment to be announced

Registered details

Where Servixo is incorporated. This says nothing about where the platform operates — coverage depends on approved Service Providers and is listed on each service page.

Two ways in

Book a service and see whether the record-keeping holds up, or register as a Service Provider and take work in your area once verification clears.
