Cancellation Policy
When you can cancel or reschedule free of charge, and what happens if you do not.

Free cancellation and rescheduling
You can cancel or move a booking free of charge up to two hours before the appointment. Do it from your booking confirmation or by contacting support.
Inside two hours
A visit charge may apply if you cancel inside the two-hour window, because the professional has usually already set out. The charge is the visit fee for that service, never the full job.
If nobody is home
If the professional cannot get access at the agreed time and cannot reach you, the visit is treated as a late cancellation.
If we cancel
If no approved provider can attend, we will offer the next available slot or cancel at no charge. Anything already paid is refunded in full under the refund policy.
How to cancel or reschedule
From your booking confirmation, or by contacting support on the number and address published on the contact page. A cancellation takes effect when we receive it, not when the Service Provider is told, so the two-hour window is measured from that point.
Multi-day jobs
Jobs quoted after a site visit — painting, moving, solar installation — are governed by the quote you approved rather than by this page. Cancellation terms for those are set out in the quote.
Ready when you are
Book a service in under a minute, or register as a Service Provider and start taking work in your area.
