Appliance Repair
Washing machines, refrigerators, microwaves and water purifiers, in your home
About this service
Diagnosis happens at your address rather than at a workshop, so most repairs finish without the appliance leaving the house. The visit charge covers the diagnosis; parts and labour are quoted before work starts, and you can decline.
What is included in the starting price
- Washing machine drum, drain and motor faults
- Refrigerator cooling, thermostat and gas issues
- Microwave heating and turntable repair
- Water purifier filter and membrane replacement
- Post-repair performance check
How this is priced
A starting price for the smallest version of this job, not a total. The final figure depends on what the professional finds, and anything beyond the scope above is quoted for your approval before work starts.
How it works
Booking appliance repair takes four steps
Pick your service
Browse the catalogue or search for what you need. Every service lists what the starting price covers, so you know the scope before you book.
Choose a date and time
Select a slot that suits you. You get a confirmed appointment rather than a call-back window, and you can reschedule free up to two hours before.
A verified professional arrives
We assign someone background-checked and trained for the job, and send you their name, photo and arrival time so you know who is at the door.
Pay once you are satisfied
Settle up in the app after the work is done. Anything beyond the original scope is quoted for your approval first, never added to the bill.
