Refund Policy

When money comes back, how much, and how long it takes.

Last updated

Draft, pending legal review. This describes how the platform is designed to work. It has not yet been drafted or approved by a qualified adviser and is not a legal instrument. The final version will be published here before launch.

When you are entitled to a refund

We refund in the following situations.

  • The booking was cancelled by us, or no approved provider could attend.
  • The professional did not arrive and did not reschedule.
  • The work was not carried out, or was materially different from what was booked.
  • You were charged for something outside the scope you approved.

Work under warranty

Covered work carries a written warranty. If the same fault returns within the warranty period we return and fix it at no charge. A refund is offered where a return visit cannot resolve it.

How to request one

Contact support with your booking reference and what went wrong, ideally within seven days of the visit. Photographs help where the issue is visible.

How long it takes

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timelines depend on your bank or UPI provider and are typically five to seven working days after approval.

If you disagree with the outcome

Ask for it to be reviewed. A refund decision you are unhappy with can be escalated to a supervisor, who did not make the original decision. We will tell you the reason for the outcome either way, rather than only the outcome.

What is not refundable

Materials already fitted and consumed, and visit charges arising from a late cancellation under the cancellation policy.
