Moving & Relocation
Packing, loading and transport within the city, with fragile items handled separately
About this service
Priced on the size of the home and the floor you are moving from and to, because a third-floor walk-up is a different job to a lift-served flat. Fragile items are packed apart and listed, and the same team that loads is the team that unloads.
What is included in the starting price
- Packing materials and labelled cartons
- Separate wrapping and inventory for fragile items
- Furniture dismantling and reassembly
- Loading, transport and unloading within city limits
- Placement of furniture in the rooms you specify
How this is priced
A starting price for the smallest version of this job, not a total. The final figure depends on what the professional finds, and anything beyond the scope above is quoted for your approval before work starts.
How it works
Booking moving & relocation takes four steps
Pick your service
Browse the catalogue or search for what you need. Every service lists what the starting price covers, so you know the scope before you book.
Choose a date and time
Select a slot that suits you. You get a confirmed appointment rather than a call-back window, and you can reschedule free up to two hours before.
A verified professional arrives
We assign someone background-checked and trained for the job, and send you their name, photo and arrival time so you know who is at the door.
Pay once you are satisfied
Settle up in the app after the work is done. Anything beyond the original scope is quoted for your approval first, never added to the bill.
